As it stated in Hidden code found in Apple's software could indicate that the iPhone X is about to get a lot bigger. Apple has long been rumoured to be releasing a much bigger version of the current phone along with two other updated models this September. Images contained within that software seem to show the bigger handset, alongside the more traditional iPhone X. Apple is expected to reveal a new phone in the existing size and design this September, as well as the Plus-sized model that will include the same features but in a scaled-up body. iPhone X on sale across the world: in pictures + show all iPhone X on sale across the world: in pictures 1/15 iPhone X Launch People try the Animoji feature on iPhone X during its launch at the Apple store in Singapore Reuters 2/15 iPhone X Launch Apple staff congratulate customers as they are of the first to enter Apple's Regent Street store AFP/Getty Images 3/15 iPhone X Launch People queue outside Apple's Regent Street store AFP/Getty Images 4/15 iPhone X Launch The new iPhone X EPA 5/15 iPhone X Launch Customers line up to buy the new iPhone X in Hong Kong AP 6/15 iPhone X Launch Customers sleep, while in line, before purchasing the iphone X in Australia Rex Features 7/15 iPhone X Launch People queue outside Apple's Regent Street store in central London AFP/Getty Images 8/15 iPhone X Launch Customers queue at Dubai Mall EPA 9/15 iPhone X Launch Customers wait in line in Tokyo Getty Images 10/15 iPhone X Launch A man gestures as he holds an iPhone X in Sydney EPA 11/15 iPhone X Launch Customers wait outside an Apple store at Dubai Mall EPA 12/15 iPhone X Launch Customers queue outside an Apple store in Dubai EPA 13/15 iPhone X Launch The first purchasers of the iPhone X show off their boxed phones in Sydney EPA 14/15 iPhone X Launch Dozens of customers queue as they wait to buy the new iPhone X in Cologne EPA 15/15 iPhone X Launch Customers queue at the Apple store Schildergasse in Cologne EPA 1/15 iPhone X Launch People try the Animoji feature on iPhone X during its launch at the Apple store in Singapore Reuters 2/15 iPhone X Launch Apple staff congratulate customers as they are of the first to enter Apple's Regent Street store AFP/Getty Images 3/15 iPhone X Launch People queue outside Apple's Regent Street store AFP/Getty Images 4/15 iPhone X Launch The new iPhone X EPA 5/15 iPhone X Launch Customers line up to buy the new iPhone X in Hong Kong AP 6/15 iPhone X Launch Customers sleep, while in line, before purchasing the iphone X in Australia Rex Features 7/15 iPhone X Launch People queue outside Apple's Regent Street store in central London AFP/Getty Images 8/15 iPhone X Launch Customers queue at Dubai Mall EPA 9/15 iPhone X Launch Customers wait in line in Tokyo Getty Images 10/15 iPhone X Launch A man gestures as he holds an iPhone X in Sydney EPA 11/15 iPhone X Launch Customers wait outside an Apple store at Dubai Mall EPA 12/15 iPhone X Launch Customers queue outside an Apple store in Dubai EPA 13/15 iPhone X Launch The first purchasers of the iPhone X show off their boxed phones in Sydney EPA 14/15 iPhone X Launch Dozens of customers queue as they wait to buy the new iPhone X in Cologne EPA 15/15 iPhone X Launch Customers queue at the Apple store Schildergasse in Cologne EPAApple is expected to unveil the new iPhone – as well as potentially those new iPads – at an event next month. Why New Apple Leak Says No Cancelation For iPhone SE And What's Next For iPhone X
So, yesterday's leak that the current iPhone X and iPhone SE are about to be canned came as a surprise. Gordon was also the first to predict the iPhone X will be canceled this fall, about which more in a moment. But the real surprise was the dropping of the iPhone SE. The iPhone X is the most premium iPhone ever and to try and make it less premium doesn't quite make sense. Much better, surely, to introduce a wholly different iPhone with Face ID but which is more affordable than the iPhone X, though not as keenly priced as the iPhone SE.
Apple Loop: Apple Confirms Three New iPhones, Massive iPhone X Upgrade, Latest MacBook Pro Problems
as mentioned in Logic would suggest these are arranged by price with the A19 referring to the new 6.1-inch budget iPhone X (details), the A20 being the second generation 5.8-inch iPhone X (details) and A21 the massive 6.5-inch iPhone X Plus (details), we can't say for sure as they may be ordered by size. More here on Forbes:FaceID For Everyone In New iPhone X HardwareFollowing its debut in the iPhone X, Apple is ready to bring FaceID to its full range of iOS devices. This would be the upcoming iPhone X Plus, the revamped iPhone X for 2018, and the entry-level LCD equipped iPhone that will replace the iPhone 8. Forbes' Gordon Kelly reports:In short, despite copying the so-called 'bezel-less' design of the more expensive second-generation iPhone X (details) and new iPhone X Plus (details), Apple's new budget iPhone X will have noticeably thicker bezels. In order to make the budget iPhone X so affordable, Apple is fitting it with an LCD panel rather than the more expensive OLED panels in the gen two iPhone X and iPhone X Plus.
