I moved to a bigger phone last year when I traded my iPhone 6S for an 8 Plus. So when Apple introduced three new iPhones — the XS, the XS Max and the XR — I was immediately attracted to the model with the biggest screen, the Max. The XS (pronounced Ten S) and XS Max are upgraded versions of last year's iPhone X. My beloved iPhone 8 Plus is the last iPhone model with a home button and a fingerprint sensor. All three 2018 iPhones have an edge-to-edge screen with a notch that was introduced in last year's iPhone X.
