Close Encounters of the (iOS 16.)3rd Kind Okay, I know I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel for headlines, but work with me here. iOS 16.3 came out last week! It, along with iPadOS 16.3 and macOS Ventura 13.2, offers some bug fixes and security updates, chief among them being support for physical security keys to protect against unauthorized access to your Apple ID. iOS 16.3 also includes a new wallpaper option for your Home and Lock Screens, as well as new HomePod mini features and support for the second-generation HomePod. We recommend that you install updates whenever they're available, particularly to take advantage of security patches that help keep your data safe. But I also know that sometimes it can be hard to find the time to do it, or you might not want to see changes to an operating system you're comfortable with. What do you think? Do you install updates as soon as you see them, or do you put them off? |
